Financial Controller m/f/d Your main tasks: Support of the Head of Finance in the operative daily business. Independent preparation of the financial statements according to IFRS (month, quarter, year). Preparation of sound analyses, statistics, and strategic evaluations. Management of the trading business by means of precise pre- and post-calculations. Responsibility for budgeting, medium-term planning, and the determination of cost rates. Active participation and preparation for internal as well as external audits. Committed collaboration on digitalization and process optimization projects. Preparation of regular reporting including the assessment of variance analyses. Your professional and social competencies: Education: Commercial basic training, supplemented by specialist or business administration further training (federal certificate of proficiency, federal diploma, HF/FH). Experience: Several years of professional experience in accounting as well as in controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Languages: Native German as well as good, business fluent knowledge of English (other languages such as Italian or Spanish are an advantage). IT Skills: Proficient use of SAP and MS Excel; knowledge of Hyperion is a clear plus. Personality: Committed, reliable, analytical thinker, assertive, and mentally flexible.
