Electrical Project Manager – 80 to 100 % Your mission Reporting to the Electricity pole, you ensure the management of your projects from their design to their realization, in collaboration with the Sanitary, HVAC, Building Automation, Energy Efficiency, and Building Physics teams. You will notably be required to: - design and plan electrical installations in high voltage and low voltage; - develop technical concepts adapted to the needs of each project; - establish principle diagrams and carry out dimensioning; - ensure project management missions; - establish cost estimates, deadlines, and ensure the financial monitoring of projects; - prepare specifications and tender documents; - coordinate the different stakeholders and ensure the direction as well as the supervision of works; - organize the reception of installations; - accompany clients in their construction and renovation projects; - maintain a relationship of trust with clients and partners; - contribute actively to the social and environmental performance of the company. You will be able to rely on the technical skills of the members of the Electricity pole as well as on the expertise of our other teams. Your profile - Engineering degree in electricity or CFC as an electrical installer or electrical planner; - at least five years of experience in an engineering office or a company, in a similar position; - good knowledge of Swiss standards, notably NIBT, OIBT, SIA and AEAI; - mastery of AutoCAD, WinProgitel, Relux/DIALux and MS Office tools; - ability to manage priorities and lead several projects in parallel; - ease in exchanges with clients, representatives, and companies; - rigor, autonomy, listening skills, and a taste for teamwork; - strong interest in energy and environmental issues.
