September 2026 or by agreement for our location in Baar/ZG: MAIN TASKS Processing of the assigned sales area from A to Z (including Western Switzerland and/or Ticino) Recording of technical offers and orders (Level 1+2) in the ABACUS ERP system as well as sending order confirmations. Monitoring of customer orders in the assigned sales area Clarification of customer delivery dates with our purchasing department General communication by e-mail and telephone with our customers in German and in a second national language (French or Italian) Maintenance of customer master data Further development of sales processes Representation of a colleague in the sales inside service REQUIREMENTS Completed commercial basic training, at least 2-3 years of experience in sales inside service or completed vocational training in the metal industry with commercial further education. At least 2 years of experience in sales inside or outside service. Further education in the field of sales is an advantage You can read and interpret simple technical drawings Good MS Office skills Exact and reliable way of working Impeccable German language skills in word and writing as well as good French or Italian language skills in word and writing are mandatory.
