Sales Assistant (Fixed-term contract)

• Customer reception & checkout • Customer services (Loterie, PMU, Tea-Room etc) • Merchandising, according to FIFO standards • Control and monitoring of the cash register, lottery, gift vouchers and the bar till • Ensures cleaning of the columns, exteriors and refilling of storerooms • Ensures cleaning of the shop and bar according to HACCP standards • Performs temperature readings • Ensures monitoring of orders and storage of stock • Checking of arrivals in correlation with delivery notes • Checking of dates and waste logging • Mastery of different bakes of bread and viennoiserie • Respect for internal directives and occupational safety • Experience in retail • Ability to work autonomously and in a team • Flexibility • Work on Sundays and public holidays Please clearly note the reference ‘’601-80CDD‘’ in the subject of your email
