What awaits you A specific and demanding field, with structured support to master our drinking water treatment installations A direct collaboration with highly qualified engineers and technical specialists An entrepreneurial environment focused on precision, quality, and innovation Projects throughout Switzerland, offering a diversified daily routine Your missions Project Management Complete follow-up of execution projects: planning, construction, commissioning Coordination of stakeholders: project management, suppliers, subcontractors Financial management, compliance with deadlines and budgets Execution & Startup Organization of construction sites in collaboration with the project manager Field follow-up, site meetings, technical documentation Guarantee of performance, quality, and safety After-sales service Technical support to operators (on-site or remotely) Follow-up of installations, adaptations, and optimizations Pilotage Contribute to the drafting of test protocols and pilot and trial reports Perform the laboratory/pilot trials for which you are responsible Participate in laboratory trials on pilot installations Required skills HES/EPF Engineer in industrial systems, mechanical engineering, or environmental science and engineering or training deemed equivalent ( or Knowledge of the water treatment field (drinking water or wastewater), an asset Good mastery of IT tools (MS Office) and digital agility Ease in teamwork and ability to work autonomously Analytical skills, organizational abilities, and great flexibility Entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented, sensitive to rigor and reliability We offer A corporate culture focused on excellence and innovation A vision geared towards continuous improvement and sustainability The opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects Start date: Autumn 2026.
