• 30 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Glarus The main IT department is the central competence and service center for IT for the cantonal and municipal administrations, schools, cantonal police, courts and other public sector clients. It is responsible for the operation of the ICT infrastructure in the areas of PC/laptop workstations, network, servers, storage, security, unified communications, office software as well as specialized and e-government applications. For the Support and Helpdesk area, we are looking for an IT Specialist - ICT Supporter 100 % immediately or by agreement with workplace in Glaris. Tasks • Installation and maintenance of clients, peripherals and mobile devices • First-level support and collaboration in the helpdesk • Maintenance, upkeep and development of ICT systems • Planning and implementation of Windows client deployments • Distribution of software for Windows clients (MS Intune / SCCM) • Participation in projects for the introduction of new systems and applications Requirements • Completed vocational training as an ICT specialist, IT specialist in systems technology or business IT or comparable qualification as well as ideal experience in support and operation • Proven knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Windows Client, O365, AD) • Very good knowledge of German, both oral and written • Team spirit with pleasure in working independently in a dynamic environment • Willingness to learn new things and approach challenges flexibly • Sociable personality with a strong customer and service orientation • Category B driver's license Your contact For more information, please contact Christoph Taschwer, head of the Helpdesk and Support service, tel. 055 646 65 67.
