We are looking for reinforcement for the secretariat of the Service de lutte contre la violence domestique (SLVD). In collaboration with your colleague, you ensure the smooth running of administrative and organizational processes, you document each file professionally, and you contribute to guaranteeing a high quality of consultations regarding violence. Your tasks <br /> • Manage files on an administrative level, provide reports, and enter services • Receive, coordinate, and transmit registrations for consultation offers • Answer questions from violence consultants and support them in their organization • Perform the monthly control and accounting of services autonomously • Contribute to the development and standardization of processes • Sort and analyze statistical indicators • Write contributions for reports and presentations • Participate in projects and other tasks within the team • Ensure substitution within the team during absences <br /> Your profile <br /> • Commercial training in the social field or equivalent training • Experience in file management and with a difficult clientele • Interest in the theme of domestic violence and in supporting persons resorting to violence • Ideally, knowledge in project management and quality control • Native French or German speaker, very good knowledge of the other language orally and in writing • Discretion, reliability, autonomy • Availability to work on Wednesday and Friday mornings <br /> We offer you <br /> • A varied activity involving great autonomy and responsibilities • A collegial atmosphere in a small team • Modern employment conditions in accordance with cantonal provisions • Flexible working hours (annualized working time) • An open organizational culture focused on teamwork • An attractive and modern working environment in the heart of the old town of Bern <br /> Contact Are you the person we are looking for?
