Job Description ## The perfect training for versatile service-oriented individuals with an interest in information management! In this training, you will be responsible for the following tasks at the library: • Data management; preparation and transmission of information • Acquisition, cataloging and preservation of media • Advising clients on services, media and information offers • Supporting clients in their research and information collection The training lasts 3 years and takes place mainly at the main building library, on the central campus. During the training, you will gain an insight into another institution in the field of information and documentation thanks to an external internship (for example in a public library or a documentation center). Profile ## You enjoy contact with clients and are interested in information technologies and electronic media. You enthuse your clients with your openness, your sense of service and your communication skills. Thanks to your analytical and systematic thinking as well as your sense of organization, you always maintain an overview.
