The socio-pedagogical-psychiatric model ward SOMOSA offers an inpatient 6- to 12-month intensive treatment program for 14- to 18-year-old clients who are in a severe adolescent crisis. The aim of the treatment is to stabilize the clients in their personality to such an extent that they can succeed in the existing supporting or replacing socialization systems upon discharge. As a recognized listed hospital in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry and as a youth home with a socio-pedagogical mandate, we fulfill both requirements through intersystemic cooperation, established through many years of experience, in the specialist fields of socio-pedagogy, nursing, psychotherapy, and work pedagogy. For residential group B, we are looking for a Social Worker HFS/FHS/Uni ## 80%, as of 01.09.2026 or by arrangement To implement the SOMOSA-specific therapeutic-pedagogical concept, you will work together with colleagues from socio-pedagogical, psychiatric, psychotherapeutic, and work pedagogical areas. At a later stage, the assumption of the function as deputy group leader can be reviewed.
