Pizzaiola / Pizzaiolo

We are looking for a Pizzaiola/o with wood-fired stone oven knowledge, starting immediately. Your tasks • Preparation of pizza doughs • Arranging of toppings • Baking the pizzas in the wood oven • Preparation of pasta, risotto, antipasti • Ensuring hygiene and quality standards Your profile • Experience as a Pizzaiolo • Passion for pizza, good sense of taste and attention to detail • Ability to deliver the same quality even during peak times • Teamwork skills, reliability and resilience • Flexibility in working hours (incl. evenings, weekends and public holidays)
