You can contribute to the development of the new Occupational Health and Safety team and bring your experiences and ideas for the implementation of the subject. Your mission: • Support and advice to management, department heads and team leaders on safety and health protection issues. • Coordination of the Occupational Health and Safety team and close collaboration with all stakeholders to sustainably strengthen a safety-oriented behavior (safety culture) • Communication on safety-related topics and contribution to the visibility of the safety and health protection topic • Contribution to the continuous improvement of occupational safety and proactive promotion of relevant safety topics • Implementation of own projects in the field of occupational safety and health protection • Contact with external consultants, the professional association and the authorities concerning occupational safety • Regular realization of audits • Responsible for training and instructions in the field of Health and Safety Your ingredients for common success. • Open and communicative • Finesse and power of conviction • Basic technical training • Structured and solution-oriented work method • Experience in team management and at least 2 years of experience in a similar function • Training (at least safety assistant) • Experience in process optimization and internal control management (ICS) an asset • Very good knowledge of German and English, French is a plus • Great resistance to stress, team spirit as well as an autonomous and solution-oriented work method Here's what awaits you.
