ICT Support Specialist/Client Engineer (80-100%) in Rothrist (Permanent Position)

Support & Betrieb • You are the first point of contact for our employees for IT inquiries (1st and 2nd level support) • You process incidents and service requests from our users • You ensure the smooth operation of our client infrastructure -- Client Engineering & Administration • You maintain and manage our client systems with Microsoft Intune • You install, configure, and optimize Windows workstations and peripheral devices • You evaluate and procure hardware as well as IT equipment for workstations ? Infrastructure & Services • You manage users, groups, and access rights in Azure AD and On-Prem AD • You provide support in the area of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint) • You work on topics related to networking, printers, telephony, and IT security ? Further Development • You contribute ideas and actively help to further digitalize and improve our IT landscape What you bring with you • Completed training as Informatiker/in EFZ or comparable qualification • Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level) and in dealing with end users • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and ideally Intune • Experience with Active Directory (Azure AD/On-Prem) • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • High service orientation and enjoyment of direct contact with users Advantageous: • Experience with Citrix environments or thin clients • Basic knowledge in networking or security topics Languages: • Fluent German in spoken and written form • English and Italian skills are an advantage What we offer you ?
