Inside Sales Support 100% (a) Your tasks: • Support of the field service as well as care of international customers • Creation and tracking of offers • Order processing from order receipt to delivery • Maintenance of customer master data and documentation in the CRM system • Telephone and written customer communication (German and English) • Interface function to purchasing, logistics, and production • Support with forecasts and sales analyses Your profile: • Commercial training or equivalent qualification • At least 7 years of professional experience in sales support / inside sales • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing • Secure handling of ERP and CRM systems • Structured, independent, and service-oriented work Our client offers: • Flexible working hours with a 40h working week • Up to 2 days of remote work • At least 5 weeks of vacation • Free parking Have we aroused your interest?
