HR Business Partner / HR Generalist (80-100%) / Permanent Introduction On direct mandate of our client, a renowned industrial and trading company based in Winterthur (near station location, parking available and partial home office possible), we are looking for an experienced Type of work In this versatile, newly created function, you will undertake the HR area support (HRBP) of your Business Units at various locations of our client in German-speaking Switzerland (approx. 150 employees). You are active in versatile HR subject areas (consulting, support, personnel planning, recruitment, personnel development, HR controlling etc.) and are the competent contact person for your line managers throughout the entire HR lifecycle. You are also active in the areas of HR projects as well as change management, and undertake coordination tasks regarding case management. In your activity, you will be supported by sympathetic HR service and payroll clerks and report directly to the Head of Personnel, whose deputy role you may also assume. Requirement profile To optimally master this exciting challenge, you bring further training as a Personalfachmann/-frau or a degree with a specialization in HR. You can already demonstrate several years of experience in a similar HR function (e.g., HR Manager, HRBP), which you were also able to gain in SMEs, ideally in similar industries (e.g., logistics, industrial or trading environment). As a versatile HR Generalist, you bring practice in all facets of the HR lifecycle (including recruiting, support, project work). You communicate stylishly in German and can also communicate well in English. Further language skills (öish) are an advantage. You are proficient in using MS Office applications and also have good HRIS knowledge (ideally Abacus).
