Nursing Specialist HF/FH Permanent position Stadtärztlicher Dienst To strengthen our nursing team in the general medicine consultation room in the Ambulatorium an der Kanonengasse, we are looking for a committed personality starting immediately or by arrangement. Tasks You carry out the triage of our patient*innen according to medical priorities and coordinate necessary clarifications with external service providers in close cooperation with the medical staff. You advise our patient*innen in a targeted manner and take over case coordination in close cooperation with the doctors as well as other relevant service providers in the internal reference person system. You perform medical-nursing procedures according to the treated clinical pictures and observe the specifications of quality management. You intervene in emergency situations efficiently and thus ensure the best possible care for our patient*innen. You work closely with network partners within the municipal organizations as well as with other health and social institutions. Profile Motivated, flexible and resilient personality with a diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH; minimum age 28 years. Several years of professional experience and sound knowledge in various medical disciplines and/or many years of experience in psychiatry as well as interest in developing further in the respective other setting. High degree of understanding and sensitivity for people in precarious life situations; experience in dealing with substance-dependent and mentally ill people as well as persons with a challenging social and/or migration background. Independent, structured way of working as well as strong teamwork skills. Foreign language skills are an advantage. In the general medicine consultation room of the Ambulatorium Kanonengasse, people with somatic, mental and addiction diseases as well as asylum seekers from the Bundesasylzentrum Zürich are cared for.
