Deliver'Eat Sàrl, Uber Eats partner fleet, is recruiting experienced delivery persons to strengthen its team in Lausanne. Availability (important) Mandatory: be available to work 1 Sunday out of 2. This is the essential condition for this position. In addition, according to YOUR availability: weekday evenings and weekends. The hours focus on evening services (dinner) and weekends.   Your missions Ensure deliveries in the defined areas of Lausanne. Maintain a high and constant pace, with a target of 3 TPH (Trips Per Hour). Guarantee excellent service quality: punctuality, communication, precision, and respect for procedures. Represent Deliver'Eat with professionalism to customers and partners.   Sought profile Valid work permit in Switzerland (mandatory). Personal scooter mandatory. Car or bike not accepted - please do not apply without a scooter. Confirmed experience in home food delivery via platform (Uber Eats, Smood, Chaskis, Just Eat or equivalent). Proof of activity required: delivery history or performance screenshots. Demonstrated ability to maintain a high pace: minimum 3 TPH, ideally 3.5 TPH or more. Rigorous, punctual, autonomous, and reliable person. Good knowledge of Geneva = an asset.   Selection criteria Only candidates who can justify recent professional delivery experience will be contacted. Applications without a personal scooter or without delivery experience will not be considered.   Conditions 3-month CDD (trial period). After the CDD: CDI according to performance and attendance. After validation: possibility of obtaining more shifts and an extended schedule, with priority access to the best time slots according to results.
