We are a company active in Facility Services. To strengthen our team in St. Gallen and surrounding areas, we are looking for several regionally working employees as Hauswart / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt / Reiniger m/w 100% immediately or by agreement. Your tasks: • Liegenschaftenbetreuung (residential and commercial buildings) • Cleaning of stairwells • Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings • Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining borders, cutting hedges and edges • Monitoring of building technology • General tasks, such as changing light bulbs etc. Requirements: • Apprenticeship as a Fachmann/Frau Betriebsunterhalt, craft training, or several years of experience as a Hauswart/Reiniger • Language: CH-Deutsch • Driver's license category B mandatory (only automatic vehicles available) • Clean and well-groomed appearance • Good manners when dealing with customers and employees • Flexible/independent/resilient • Motivated/dynamic • Allrounder Offer: We offer you a varied activity in a dynamic environment.
