At our location in Oensingen, we are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented customer advisor sales internal service 100% (m/w/d) immediately or by agreement. Tasks: • Care and further development of existing and new customers in Western Switzerland and France • Independent processing of customer orders from the quote to invoicing • Consulting your customers and clarifying technical and commercial issues • Close cooperation with the sales force, planning, production, and other interfaces • Coordination and recording of internal and external orders • Processing of complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction Qualifications: • Commercial or technical basic training, ideally in the graphic or packaging industry • Several years of experience in sales internal service • Very good knowledge of German, French, and English in word and writing • Safe handling of ERP systems and Microsoft 365 • Customer-oriented, solution-strong personality with high quality standards • Independent, structured, process- and solution-oriented way of working Prospect: You can expect a motivated team and a varied range of tasks.
