This service is composed of 40 employees, divided into 5 units. It responds to the challenges of quality, professional support, evolution of practices, and innovation that arise for all CMS vaudois, particularly regarding prevention and health promotion. To strengthen its early childhood unit, the SDPP is looking for a: AEJPP Cantonal Coordinator (Apprendre en jouant, petits:pas) at 55% ## What you will do: As AEJPP Cantonal Coordinator, you will be a central actor in the coordination of the cantonal program "Apprendre en jouant, petits pas". Your role will consist of: • Steering the program: ensuring respect for the budget, guaranteeing the framework, equity, and quality of services while working in a network with socio-sanitary and educational partners in early childhood at the cantonal level. • Supervising the teams of regional coordinators and AEJPP interveners and providing professional reference: Participating in recruitment and collaboration interviews, defining and organizing continuous training while providing support to regional coordinators in the management of their teams. What we are looking for: We are looking for a passionate professional, equipped with: • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a position related to early childhood • Education: University or HES degree in the field of community health, early childhood, social work, education, or training deemed equivalent. • Key competencies: Ability to lead teams and facilitate adult groups, ability to plan, organize, and coordinate • In-depth knowledge: Vaud early childhood network, Child development and the systemic approach, elements related to migration.
