What awaits you ##### • You shape the future of our global analytics and reporting platform and are responsible for its strategic further development based on modern Microsoft technologies • You develop the global Power BI and Data Warehouse roadmap, control the Product Backlog, prioritize requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical implementation packages • You are the central interface between Business, IT, and project management, provide functional leadership to internal and external Power BI and DWH specialists, and ensure efficient cooperation of all participants • You take end-to-end responsibility for the Power BI and Data Warehouse services and guarantee availability, performance, service quality, as well as continuous optimization of the platform • You define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs, control support, maintenance, and release processes, and coordinate incident, problem, and change management together with internal and external partners • You further develop the central DWH architecture, integrate data from different source systems such as ERP, CRM, production, and retail, and ensure a consistent and reliable data base • You are responsible for data quality, data consistency, and data governance processes, define standards, roles, and responsibilities, and ensure compliance with compliance and data protection requirements • You further develop modern analytics and self-service BI concepts, define data models, key figures, and reporting standards, and enable departments to make data-based decisions • You control external service providers and implementation partners, are responsible for budget and resource planning, and support international projects, technology evaluations, and architecture decisions • You actively drive the global data strategy forward and, with your expertise, make a decisive contribution to the digital transformation and further development of our analytics landscape What you bring with you ##### • You have training or a degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience in business intelligence, data warehouse, or analytics • You possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Power BI as well as experience with modern data warehouse architectures, SQL, and data modeling • You are familiar with ETL/ELT processes and have a good understanding of data governance, data quality management, and the sustainable handling of corporate data • You have experience in operating business-critical IT services and ideally bring knowledge in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, or comparable modern cloud technologies • It is an advantage if you have experience with ERP systems and understand the requirements of complex corporate data landscapes • You have already worked as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or Business Analyst and are familiar with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban as well as ITIL processes • You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and convince through strong stakeholder management as well as experience in controlling external partners • You are characterized by a high customer, team, and service orientation and bring initiative as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality • You communicate confidently at all organizational levels and can convey complex technical contexts understandably to different target groups • You think entrepreneurially, are results-oriented, identify with the Läderach Charter, and have very good German and English skills What we offer you ##### • An exciting working environment with motivated colleagues • A position with a lot of personal responsibility • The opportunity to contribute fresh ideas • An open and respectful feedback culture • Internal and external further training • Individual career opportunities • Generous discounts on our products • Chocolate at the workplace • Free parking spaces • Discounts in the Läderach Café and staff restaurant Own it.
