Head of Nursing Department 80% - 100% In the Wohn- und Pflegezentren Sihlsana AG in Adliswil, we care for 130 elderly residents with light to heavy care needs and offer them age-appropriate living with individually coordinated care and additionally we rent 100 apartments to people who can live independently. For the implementation of shared governance, we are looking for a Head of Nursing Department 80% - 100%. Your tasks: You lead a team of approximately 15 people in a skill-grade-mix You work in close cooperation with the APN and ensure and promote the further development of high-quality nursing You empower your employees to meet high requirements You actively work in nursing & care You ensure professional nursing documentation + BESA recording You maintain professional communication with residents and relatives You share responsibility for the induction and empowerment of new employees Your profile: You have completed nursing training HF/FH and have professional experience in a similar environment You have leadership experience and like people You show joy and commitment in your profession and are aware of your role as a role model You enjoy passing on your specialist knowledge and experience to others and are interested in deepening and further developing your professional knowledge You will find with us the opportunity to contribute your own knowledge and skills, have a large scope for action and are involved in the nursing management committee.
