Agency Manager – Joinery Sector Your mission As part of a new position creation, we are looking for an Agency Manager – Joinery Sector for one of our clients to ensure the complete management of agency interventions and construction sites for a varied clientele. As a true privileged contact for clients, you will take charge of files from A to Z, from the preparation of quotes to the acceptance of works. Your responsibilities Prepare quotes and commercial offers. Perform measurements on construction sites. Advise clients and propose suitable technical solutions. Plan, organize, and coordinate team interventions. Place orders for materials, hardware, and supplies with suppliers. Ensure supply follow-up and ensure compliance with deadlines. Manage construction sites in their entirety: preparation, organization, technical, financial, and administrative follow-up. Guarantee the quality of achievements as well as compliance with deadlines and safety standards. Ensure work follow-up until invoicing and acceptance of works. Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with clients, suppliers, and various stakeholders. Your profile CFC in joinery or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience in managing agency works or joinery construction sites. Excellent mastery of reading plans and joinery techniques. Experience in preparing quotes and budgetary follow-up. Sense of organization, autonomy, and rigor. Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication. Ability to manage several files simultaneously and prioritize emergencies. Mastery of common IT tools and quoting software or ERP (an asset). Driving license indispensable.
