• 30 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich What awaits you • Personnel management and technical expertise as well as continuous development of the security engineering team with a focus on cybersecurity • Responsibility for the strategy, portfolio, budget, workload, and quality of the security engineering domain • Continuous development of our security portfolio as well as our managed security services • Development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy, including offer development, skills and resource planning • Responsibility for recruitment, employee development, coaching, and talent promotion • Autonomous development of customer solutions, preparation of offers, and support of the entire offer process until contract conclusion • Sales support during pre-sales, customer workshops, and development of new business opportunities • Establishment and maintenance of long-term customer relationships as well as customer consulting • Close collaboration with the Cyber Defence Center, Cloud, infrastructure, as well as other delivery teams • Monitoring of the security market, evaluation of new technologies, as well as creation and maintenance of strategic technological partnerships • Responsibility for innovation as well as the development of consulting solutions, processes, and technologies • Representation of ti&m at customer events, specialist conferences, and community events What you bring • Several years of experience in a management role in the field of cybersecurity or security engineering • Entrepreneurial spirit as well as a strong orientation toward customers, service, and results • Experience in leading and developing teams • In-depth knowledge of modern cybersecurity architectures and security technologies • Experience in pre-sales, business development, and expansion of customer relationships • Understanding of governance, risk, and compliance as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2, or FINMA) • Experience in several of the following areas: • Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Microsoft Security • Identity and Access Management (IAM/PAM) • Endpoint Security (EDR/XDR) • Network and infrastructure security • SIEM / SOC • Container and Kubernetes security • Application security / DevSecOps • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Very good written and oral skills in German and English An asset • Very good knowledge of the Swiss security market as well as an existing network • Practical experience with cutting-edge security technologies • Experience in regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, or the public sector • Experience in the creation and operation of managed security services • Experience with hybrid Cloud and Zero Trust architectures • Certifications and training, e.g., CISSP, CCSP, ISACA, ISO 27001 internal auditor We are looking for you - join our team
