In collaboration with management, foremen, and site teams, you will contribute to the success of projects from their design to their realization. Your main responsibilities Study, plan, and coordinate construction projects. Prepare offers, tenders, and technical files. Ensure the technical, financial, and administrative monitoring of construction sites. Participate in site meetings and represent the company to clients, technical offices, and partners. Supervise the progress of works and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality requirements. Provide technical support to team leaders and foremen. Participate in the development and continuous improvement of our working methods. Your profile ✅ HES, EPF Engineering degree or training deemed equivalent in civil engineering. ✅ Professional experience in the field of civil engineering works or sports surfaces. ✅ Ease in project management and site monitoring. ✅ Good command of usual IT tools and technical software. ✅ Autonomous, organized, and proactive personality. ✅ Excellent sense of responsibility and communication. ✅ Marked interest in specialized construction projects and sports infrastructures.
