Recruiting Specialist Skysec Defence is a company that has specialized in the development of modern C-UAS (Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) solutions. Your role You don't just want to administratively accompany recruiting, but actively win talents and think HR in a modern way? In this role, you take over the recruitment of various profiles – from needs clarification to Active Sourcing and applicant management to successful filling. You work closely with the HR manager, executives, and departments and ensure a professional, efficient, and positive recruiting process. We are not looking for someone who only processes recruiting according to schema F. We are looking for someone who thinks HR differently, approaches things in an uncomplicated way, is open to new ways, and contributes with pleasure to winning the right people for our teams.
