For our client, a retirement center in Basel, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Wohnbereichsleitung (m/f/d) 90-100% immediately or by arrangement. The house is characterized by open communication, a family atmosphere, and a flat hierarchy. Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/ DNII or an adequate tertiary education recognized in Switzerland • Leadership experience with an empathic and positive view of people • Experience in the care and support of elderly people • Appreciative interaction with residents, relatives, and employees • Very high social competence and the ability to motivate and convince • Resilience, flexibility, and communication skills • Good IT skills, experience with the RAI classification system and the personnel scheduling program PEP Tasks ## In the residential area, you bear the organizational, professional, and personnel leadership responsibility for the employees subordinate to you. You take over the daily and monthly planning, all professional tasks and requirements of the nursing team, and ensure a smooth workflow in the organization. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of the nursing service mandate and ensure the high requirements for hygiene and quality of work. In doing so, you actively support your subordinate employees in the ongoing processes, promote their initiative, and strengthen them in the demanding everyday life of the home. A constructive and trusting interdisciplinary cooperation with the other residential areas, everyday life management, and administration is important to you. You also enjoy working in direct care and building bridges between the residents, their families and relatives, and your employees.
