Project Portfolio and Methods Manager

Within our IT department, you join a committed and expert team, working every day to guarantee reliable and high-performance environments. In this key role, you actively contribute to the stability, evolution, and modernization of our IT infrastructure. What you do on a daily basis: • You build and manage Assura's project portfolio in collaboration with stakeholders, by structuring requests, proposing prioritizations aligned with the budget, and preparing support materials for General Management. You also contribute to Increment Planning and arbitrations, while ensuring clear communication on the progress of the portfolio. • You coordinate the operational monitoring of corporate and departmental IT projects by collecting IT and business capacities, preparing the management dashboard for IT management, while providing methodological support to external stakeholders. • You ensure the financial monitoring of projects (expenses, forecast, invoicing) with management control and implement exchange rituals to align teams on priorities and dependencies. Finally, you contribute to continuous improvement by identifying or implementing relevant evolutions of project management methods. What you bring to the team • You have higher education (university, EPF, HES or equivalent) and benefit from solid experience of about five years in project management as well as in project portfolio management. This dual expertise allows you to have both an operational and strategic vision, in close connection with organizational challenges. • You master the Office suite tools and move with ease in collaborative environments. You demonstrate an excellent team spirit, flexibility, and good interpersonal skills, facilitating interactions with various interlocutors. Autonomous and proactive, you know how to make decisions quickly while adapting to priorities. • Equipped with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis, you are able to assert yourself when necessary and defend your positions with relevance.
