Design Architect You plan, design and construct residential and commercial buildings, settlements, industrial buildings or public and cultural buildings. You design new things and preserve existing ones or reuse them. You accompany a construction project from the idea to completion. Employment Temporary employment 100% Workplace Luzern Requirements - You have completed a Master's degree in Architecture at a Swiss university and have an advantage with initial professional experience. - You possess a pronounced design talent - You have in-depth IT knowledge, especially with ArchiCAD. - You have good German language skills - As a team-oriented and resilient personality, you communicate and act skillfully even in demanding situations. - A skilled handling of customers and authorities as well as building laws is part of your daily routine. Area of activity - You creatively implement ideas and wishes of clients in sketches and initial plans. - You develop detailed plans and present them to the building owner in the form of visualizations. - You advise customers on type, style, size and material as well as assess the costs and duration of the construction or renovation work
