Berne, Suisse (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Evaluate threat situations concerning people, federal institutions, and real estate to be protected, prioritize them, and order appropriate protection measures • Advise high-ranking persons requiring protection (as well as their entourage) and recommend security measures to them • Analyze threats and security-related reports taking into account standards in the field and evaluate risk situations • Draft decision bases and recommendations concerning protection and intervention measures • Collect, analyze, and synthesize security information from national, international, and public sources • Coordinate and collaborate with federal services, cantonal police bodies, as well as national and international partners; handle cases involving threat management and personal protection <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Completed police training and ideally supplemented by a specialization in threat management • Several years of experience in threat management, risk analysis, or managing security-related situations • Knowledge of typologies relating to potential perpetrators and cases of targeted violence, stalking, and politically motivated threats • Ability to independently conduct complex advisory interviews while adapting to the target audience, strong communication skills, ability to negotiate, and great discretion in handling sensitive information • Analytical skills and networked thinking; solid knowledge of the national and international security context • Very good knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words You know how to identify complex threat situations early and, thanks to your in-depth analyses, establish the basis for effective protection decisions. It establishes security arrangements and threat assessments with cantonal partners, takes into account the situation in the digital space, and protects members of the Federal Council and the Federal Assembly, personnel of the federal administration, persons benefiting from protection under public international law, and civil federal buildings.
