To strengthen our team in the Engineering Infrastructure department, we are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician Clean Utilities (a), 100%. Your tasks: Operation & Responsibility: Active assumption of the role as plant owner Operation and maintenance of clean utility systems (distribution systems, generator plants) Ensuring plant availability and operational safety Ensuring GMP compliance Monitoring, controlling, and documenting plant operations Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and rectification of faults on mechanical, electrical, and control components Carrying out maintenance and inspections according to the maintenance schedule Independent execution of smaller conversions and technical improvements Rectification and documentation of faults on plants and individual devices Collaboration & Projects: Collaboration with external service providers Support during audits and official inspections Participation in plant optimizations and technical projects Participation in defining maintenance measures Organization & Safety: Ensuring order and cleanliness in the assigned plant areas Ensuring the availability of spare parts, materials, and tools Compliance with all relevant safety regulations Your profile: Maintenance technician EFZ or equivalent training Basic training in the field of heating and/or sanitary technology or equivalent Further training in maintenance desirable Further training in the field of clean water systems and pure gases desirable 4-5 years of professional experience in technical maintenance Experience with clean utility systems English spoken desirable MS Office SAP knowledge an advantage Our offer: A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities Flexible working hours with possibility for home office and option to take additional vacation days with reduced working hours Company-owned daycare center on the Bachem campus in Bubendorf 60% reimbursement of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG, as well as the possibility of voluntary pension provision with our savings plan Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners Fresh, healthy, and varied food in our staff restaurant Varied free sports activities on the Bachem campus Do you want to drive innovations forward with us?
