At our Wollishofen location, we are looking for energetic support for our residential group Phoenix as part of a year-long internship starting August 1, 2026. Our experienced social educators will guide you competently and you will gain insight into a diverse socio-pedagogical, school-based, and therapeutic field of work. Pre-intern Residential Group 75%, Wollishofen ## Your tasks • Support of the residential group team • Care of the students in everyday life and during leisure activities Your profile • Willingness to work from Monday to Friday during school weeks • Willingness to take on shifts during the offered open holiday week • Occasional weekend assignments (approx. 6 weekends) • Responsible, resilient, team-oriented, flexible, and humorous personality • Experience and joy in dealing with children or adolescents and interest in pedagogical issues • Willingness to learn and commit as well as the ability for cooperative collaboration in a team • Sign language competence or willingness to acquire basic competence • Good oral and written German skills What awaits you with us Professional competence The ZGSZ is the competence center in German-speaking Switzerland for children and adolescents with a hearing and speech acquisition impairment. A strong international expert network, intensive internal and external exchange, as well as regular training and further education, promote the professional competence of the entire team. Integration through sign language Sign language is a central element in communication and everyday work for the entire center. Sign language has been integrated into school lessons since 2001. We are committed to ensuring that the ZGSZ takes a pioneering role in the field of bimodal-bilingual teaching. Therefore, regardless of function and department, you will acquire a basic competence in sign language with us.
