As Operator 5-Schicht (m/w/d), you're right in the middle of things, not just watching: You control, monitor, and secure complex production processes in a modern chemical plant - with real influence on quality, safety, and efficiency. The main responsibilities · Control & monitor processes - You operate and control the production of Folsäure, Astaxanthin, and C25 in batch and continuous processes - both directly on site and from the control room. · Think analytically, act quickly - You interpret IPC analyses, derive measures, document deviations, and actively control the process - always in accordance with GMP and ISO guidelines. · Live safety - You recognize SHE-relevant situations at an early stage, report events consistently, and ensure that everyone - including external personnel - works safely and in accordance with regulations. · Keep an eye on equipment - You recognize the need for maintenance at an early stage, perform First-Level-Checks in the event of malfunctions, and coordinate the handover of equipment parts for repair and maintenance work. · Think beyond - You support the training of new colleagues, get involved in projects, and actively participate in meetings. · Function as a team - You hand over carefully, communicate clearly within and between shifts, and reliably keep the shift book.
