This department is responsible for ensuring the necessary maintenance and logistics for the proper functioning of all HUG, in terms of catering, cleaning and disinfection of premises and laundry hygiene. It also manages the medical device reprocessing service, the biomedical and equipment service, and Cressy-Santé. More than 1'300 professionals carry out their missions every day with a constant sense of exigence, with a sense of service and environmental responsibility. Within the medical device reprocessing service, composed of around 90 people, under the responsibility of the management team, you have the mission of ensuring the reprocessing of medical devices as a medical device technologist. Job description ## As an inventory and production manager, you receive customer orders and document statistical needs on their developments, ensure data entry for billing, and guarantee the link between the production line (stock exit/provisioning). You ensure the management of the production line for sets for care services and manage supply and stock requests through computerized management tools. You monitor the stock level and anticipate needs. You manage orders according to needs. You control the reception of raw materials, the stock of finished products, and the storage of goods. You handle customer complaints and quality defects in production. You ensure operational contact with customers and support services. As part of the service certification process, you collaborate with the quality assurance manager. You collaborate with staff, operational teams, support services, and suppliers. If necessary, you ensure the replacement of the distribution position. Qualifications ## You have a CFC in logistics or equivalent, as well as proven skills in the use of computerized management tools (Cegid, Microsoft). You have good knowledge of the French language and writing skills. Confirmed experience of several years in the field of inventory management and customer/supplier relationships, as well as knowledge of the hospital environment and/or sterilization, would be an asset. Your sense of service, rigor, and professional conscience are your major assets and allow you to prioritize and organize your activities. Your relational ease and sense of service allow you to work and collaborate easily within a multidisciplinary team.
