What awaits you: ### • You are part of a well-coordinated DevOps team that lives technology, and you take responsibility in 3rd level support, where things get exciting • Customer consulting at eye level: You don't just explain *that* something works, but also *why* - understandably, well-founded, and solution-oriented • Cloud transformations & migrations (on-prem, hybrid, cloud): For you, no blind flight, but a structured project with a clean target image • You use frameworks & tools for monitoring, security & compliance to configure our collaboration solutions • Variety guaranteed: You work with diverse customers from different industries, including critical infrastructures such as the energy sector or the health environment • Together with IT architects and Product Management, you develop new services - technically sound, practical, and with foresight What you bring with you: ### • Several years of experience in complex enterprise IT environments - you know the difference between a lab and productive reality • Deep know-how regarding Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and (Azure) Active Directory • Bonus level (nice to have): ADFS, Enterprise Vault, Mail gateways (FortiMail / HIN) • Migrations are your craft: Powershell, Quest, and BitTitan are a matter of course for you • You work independently, cleanly, and with quality awareness and have a good sense for customer needs • You have a secure command of German, and you use English confidently in everyday life
