Ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for someone to lead and develop our goods receiving team of approximately 10 employees and help us manage our growth. Your main responsibilities You will be involved in daily operations from the start - and will progressively assume the role of assistant team leader: Logistics: Goods Receiving • Technical and personnel management, team planning, and continuous development of our receiving team. • You will ensure efficient and punctual receiving processes - from goods receipt to inspection and inventory - while maintaining our quality standards. • You will play an active role in daily operations, particularly during peak periods. • You will identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations independently. • You will monitor and manage the relevant KPIs for performance measurement. Your profile • Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in the e-commerce sector. • At least 1 year of experience in management or demonstrable leadership qualities (team management, team supervision, managerial role) • Proficiency in digital systems and MS Office Clear communication in written and spoken German (minimum level B2). • Physical endurance adapted to a dynamic warehouse environment (work mainly standing, regular movement, and carrying loads).
