Medacta International SA wishes to hire an Operator to be included in the Turning department. The resource will be responsible for the correct operation of CNC lathes. They will follow the entire mechanical processing cycle, setting machine parameters, placement and tooling, execution of processing and testing of the component. Technical skills: • technical diploma; • good knowledge of mechanical drawing; • knowledge of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer); • previous experience in the role will be considered a plus; • knowledge of Fanuc and Mitsubishi language will be considered a plus; • ability to preset tools and machine setup will be considered a plus; Soft skills: • precision, punctuality and accuracy in the execution of assigned tasks; • predisposition to teamwork; • good problem solving skills; • availability for shift work: different shifts are planned, defined during the initial interview (3 shifts, night shift only).
