The Stiftung Rheinleben foundation is committed to people with mental disabilities and accompanies around 1-900 clients in the areas of counseling, housing, daily structure and work. More than 100 employees are committed daily to more participation and quality of life. For the duration of a maternity leave, we are looking for a committed and communicative personality from October 2026 to July 2027 as: Specialist Communication & Fundraising (m/w/d) 40-50% In this versatile function, you will take over the responsibility for the internal and external communication of the Stiftung Rheinleben and support the further development of our fundraising. Your task: • Responsibility for internal and external communication of the foundation • Editing of website, social media and newsletter • Creation and coordination of print and online communication media • Editing of the annual report • Ensuring a uniform appearance and corporate design • Planning and implementation of communication and marketing measures • Maintenance and expansion of partnerships and media contacts • Development and implementation of fundraising activities and donation projects • Creation of donation requests and maintenance of donor relationships • Budget control in your own area of responsibility • Consulting and supporting the departments in communication matters What you bring: • Experience in communication, marketing and fundraising • Stylistically confident German and joy in writing • Experience with website, social media and newsletter marketing • Good basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • Organizational talent and fun in efficiently and practically implementing ideas • Interest in social issues with a focus on mental health We offer: • A varied range of tasks with scope for design • Attractive employment conditions and above-average social benefits • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths and an employee-oriented corporate culture • A committed, humorous and supportive team Would you like to become part of the Stiftung Rheinleben?
