Head of Asset Management Wind & Solar (all) # Your field of activity • You lead your team professionally and personally and bear overall responsibility for an international portfolio of wind and solar parks throughout the entire asset lifecycle • As a member of the management team, you help shape the strategic direction of the business unit and actively contribute to investments, business development initiatives, as well as M&A projects • Responsibility for budget, forecast, performance indicators, as well as technical and commercial reporting to group management and investors is part of your versatile area of responsibility • You continuously develop existing assets, identify optimization potentials, and ensure the successful implementation of repowering, development, and contracting projects • You conduct demanding contract and claim negotiations as well as cooperation with authorities, municipalities, partners, and internal specialist departments confidently and at eye level Your expertise • A completed Master's degree in technology or economics forms the basis of your professional expertise, supplemented by several years of relevant professional experience • Sound experience in the asset management of wind turbines or comparable infrastructure plants enables you to securely manage complex technical and economic relationships • Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength, and a consistent result orientation characterize your way of working as well as your decisiveness and assertiveness • Dealing with demanding stakeholders at management level is easy for you and you convince through solution-oriented, partnership-based cooperation across technical and national borders • You bring very good German and English skills as well as good user knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP; French language skills and willingness to travel round off your profile We do not wish to receive inquiries from personnel service providers.
