We are looking for an autonomous and experienced person, able to intervene from the project study to its final validation on site. This position constitutes a key function within the company and offers great autonomy as well as important responsibilities. Activity rate: 80 to 100%. Technical Project Manager – Scaffolding, 3D Modeling and Static Calculations (80-100%) Your mission As the company's true technical reference, you ensure the design, study, modeling and follow-up of scaffolding and temporary structure projects. You accompany the projects from the initial analysis to the final reception on site, ensuring their technical conformity, safety and feasibility. Your responsibilities Studies and design Analysis of customer needs and technical constraints. Technical surveys on site. Design of scaffolding and temporary structures. Creation of execution plans and technical details. 3D modeling of projects. Technical office Establishment of material lists and quantities. Optimization of technical solutions. Realization and verification of static calculations. Control of stability and conformity of structures. Preparation and validation of technical files. Signature and technical responsibility of projects according to qualifications and authorizations. Project management and site follow-up Planning and coordination of projects. Collaboration with assembly teams. Coordination with architects, works directors and project owners. Control of work progress. Verification of the conformity of the installations carried out. Final reception and validation of projects. Your profile Imperative requirements Civil engineer, structural engineer, ES technician, project designer or equivalent training. Mastery of AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent 3D modeling software. Solid knowledge of static calculations and material resistance. Experience in the design and follow-up of technical projects. Ability to manage a project autonomously, from study to reception. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Driving license essential. Sought experience Experience in the scaffolding sector is a major asset.
