Share What awaits you? ## During your three-year apprenticeship, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • receiving and directing bank customers • advising bank customers • supporting bank customers via digital channels • assisting in customer advisory • administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as EFZ extended basic education or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## Schooling: • Completed Volksschule at the highest school level with good to very good school grades • Very good conduct grades (social skills) • Very good German skills, proficient orally and in writing • Prerequisites for learning two foreign languages Personal: • Independent and well-organized • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Ability to work in a team • Reliability and precise working • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in everyday banking and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
