Job Description Set up job subscription   Clerk and Driver FM Logistics (w/m/d) # Facility Management / Bern  / Experienced  / Permanent/ 90% What awaits you ## With the FM Logistics team, you will ensure mail and logistics services for the management location in Bern. You will carry out freight and courier trips throughout Switzerland. If required, you will support the internal car service. What you will achieve with us ## You will work in the day-to-day business of FM Logistics and ensure the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail for letter and parcel shipments; in addition, you are co-responsible for the goods receipt and inspection of deliveries, for the relocation of pallets and for the provision of materials.   You provide packaging/shipping and other logistics services for the management location in Bern, and furthermore, you plan and execute material transports throughout Switzerland, including courier trips in the Bern area.   You, along with your colleagues, ensure the customer and supplier reception at the internal mail counter and at the delivery ramp.   If required, you will perform assignments for the internal car service to ensure fleet operation and undertake passenger transport. What you bring with you ## • Completed vocational training, preferably in the logistics or transport industry • Several years of experience in road traffic as a driver or in field service • Experience in using common MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) • Possession of a driving license Cat. BE or higher • High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility • Exact, structured and service-oriented way of working • Team-oriented, trustworthy and resilient personality • Readiness for deployment and temporal flexibility for driving assignments even outside of usual office hours • Very good oral and written German skills (mother tongue), oral knowledge in French Work with us ## A well-coordinated and motivated team awaits you.
