Museum Curator

Your mission : • Ensure the management and organization of the Hérémence museum; • Oversee the conservation, inventory, and promotion of the communal collections; • Establish and maintain contacts with local and cantonal partners; • Promote initiatives for the enhancement of the museum's heritage; • Propose and manage the museum's budget; • Collaborate with the tourism office for visitor reception. Requirements : • University or HES degree in ethnology, human sciences, history, or deemed equivalent; • Sense of hospitality, open-mindedness, autonomy, curiosity, creativity, flexibility; • Good knowledge of the rural and alpine environment; • Desired experience in local heritage, its conservation and promotion; • Good mastery of digital tools.
