Laundry Assistant

The Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of competence. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new construction and conversions and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments. For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a technically competent, reliable, and committed personality as a Laundry Assistant, starting immediately or by arrangement. The employment is fixed-term until 31.10.2026 (with the option of extension). This is how you will support us: • You ensure, together with the laundry team, a clean and flawless laundry supply for our residents and other customer groups • You carry out general cleaning work in the laundry • You ensure the use and maintenance of all devices • If required, you also support various cleaning tasks in the cleaning team • You receive requests from residents or employees in a friendly manner and ensure timely processing or forwarding to the responsible department • You consistently comply with our hygiene, safety, and quality specifications • You are ready for shifts between 06:00 and 16:00, on weekdays and weekends This is how you can convince us: • You bring experience in the laundry and cleaning sector – ideally in a health or care environment, preferably with corresponding training • You work independently, efficiently, and with a strong sense of responsibility • You are physically resilient and keep a cool head even in a busy daily routine • You speak German well or are motivated to further develop in the language • You are helpful, friendly, and enjoy working in a team This is how we will inspire you: • A demanding and independent field of activity • A mindful 'Du-culture' characterized by respect and appreciation • An internal, versatile continuing education program And that's not all!
