Based in Martigny, we develop innovative communication projects intended for healthcare professionals and the general public. In order to accompany our growth, we are looking for a motivated, organized Project Manager & secretariat wishing to evolve in a dynamic environment. Your missions Project management: Full management of projects in French and German Coordination with external partners Contact with medical experts and patients Organization and participation in video shoots Digital communication: Publication of articles on our websites Management of digital campaigns Management of newsletters Management of websites Secretariat: Management of company telephony Management of subscriptions to our magazines Processing of magazine returns Management of mail, supplies and postal shipments Administrative support to different projects Profile Excellent command of French and German, both oral and written (imperative) Residing in Valais or ready to settle there Organized, conscientious and rigorous Autonomous and endowed with an excellent sense of priorities Motivated, curious and driven by a real desire to learn Team spirit and sense of service A good knowledge of digital tools and social networks constitutes an asset We offer you a varied position with great autonomy, flexible hours as well as teleworking days.
