You will contribute greatly to this, ensure the monitoring of demanding authorization and supervision procedures, and expand existing processes and instruments in close collaboration with family placement specialists. Your tasks • Instruct authorization procedures concerning foster parents • Guarantee the monitoring of placement reports • Develop and expand instruments in the field of family placement • Advise and support child placement monitoring managers and ensure their continuous training • Stimulate exchanges within the professional network Your profile • Tertiary-level degree in social work or social pedagogy • Several years of professional experience in child protection • Communication and writing skills, keen sense of responsibility • Taste for transdisciplinary work • Management of autonomous, careful, and organized work • Excellent command of French (C2) and very good knowledge of German (C1) We offer you One certainty: the canton of Berne is a fair employer, which offers very good employment conditions in all respects.
