For our Europcar stations located in the city of Genève, we are looking for a student as a customer advisor at approximately 30-40 % annualized, who enjoys contact with customers, demonstrates flexibility, and is willing to work on weekends. Your mission - at the heart of sales and customer advice ## Reporting to the agency manager, your main role is to offer an optimal customer experience and to contribute to the development of turnover through tailored advice. In this capacity, your mission is to : • Welcome customers, precisely identify their needs, and accompany them in the choice of the most suitable mobility solutions • Propose complementary options when they bring real added value for the customer • Establish reservations, rental contracts, and ensure final invoicing • Manage the return and reception of vehicles with professionalism • Organize and optimize the fleet according to reservations • Perform various administrative tasks • Support the team in operational activities (vehicle washing) when necessary Your profile - results-oriented ## You are recognized for your commercial sense, your dynamism, and your interpersonal ease. You enjoy customer contact, challenges, and performance. Ideally, you : • Have experience and real pleasure in direct contact with customers and you master MS 365 • Possess a developed commercial sense and the ability to clearly explain the advantages of our solutions • Like working with objectives and contributing to the satisfaction of our customers • Are reliable, autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented • Possess an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English.
