Become part of our team and move something with us that will still matter tomorrow.   Your tasks • As a competent HR consultant, you are the first point of contact for the department management and management of the Asylum and Refugee Service Department with around 400 employees. You advise and support them in all personnel-related matters - from operational topics to strategic challenges. • In this responsible function, you advise management personnel in demanding HR cases, support organizational change processes, and contribute to the filling of management positions in close cooperation with the Recruiting Center. • In regular exchange with management, you develop an in-depth understanding of the department's tasks, challenges, and goals and actively contribute to the further development of management work. • As part of our HR team, you ensure the professional implementation and optimization of HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle. You also take on administrative tasks with high care and contribute to efficient and service-oriented HR work. • With your design will, your ideas, and your technical expertise, you contribute to the further development of our department and the Personnel Department in the context of diverse projects. Your profile • Your solid experience in HR management and your consulting competence in a comparable function - ideally in larger organizations - distinguish you. • You have a recognized degree (university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent education) and have further qualified in the field of Human Resource Management (e.g., NDS HF, MAS HRM, or equivalent further education). • You work in a solution-oriented and pragmatic way and combine this with a pronounced strategic thinking ability and a secure eye for complex relationships. • Your target group-oriented communication and your understanding of social, political, and societal issues support you in advising management in the demanding environment of asylum and refugee services. • You actively approach management, advise them as a sparring partner in all HR topics, and develop effective solutions together in the areas of succession planning, competence development, and accompanying organizational change processes.
