During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and will be deployed in the following work situations: • Receiving and directing bank customers • Advising bank customers • Supporting bank customers via digital channels • Assisting in customer consulting • Administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In addition to the classic work situations in banking, you will also encounter the following banking topics in your training with us: • Marketing • Project management   You can complete your training with us either as an EFZ extended basic education or with Berufsmaturität. What do you bring with you? ## Schooling: • Completed Bezirksschule with good grades or • Completed Sekundarschule with very good grades • Very good German skills, proficient orally & in writing • With Berufsmatura: Additionally good grades in French and Mathematics Personally: • Independent and well-organized • Sociable and communicative • Joy in learning • Ability to work in a team • Reliability and precise working • Open to new things Interests: • Joy in everyday banking and customer contact • Interest in trends and developments in the professional field and the industry • Application of information sources and use of new technologies
