What awaits you You are the central contact person for our customers and ensure professional care. You lead, support, and develop a team of employees in maintenance cleaning. You plan assignments and holidays, monitor, and record working hours. You consistently implement company specifications in the areas of quality assurance, occupational safety, and health protection. You organize and optimize the service processes in your objects. What you bring with you Professional experience in a comparable position as well as strong customer orientation. Education and further training in the cleaning industry. You are a resilient, responsible, and balanced personality with leadership experience in cleaning. Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills (English) are an advantage. Confident handling of MS Office. Independent and structured way of working with strong planning and organizational skills. Flexibility and adaptability characterize you. Driver's license available (company car will be provided).
