The department of university didactics and adult education offers continuing education and services at a regional scale for universities, higher vocational training, adult education and secondary II. It also supports, through internal offers, managers, scientific staff and student·s. We are looking for reinforcement for our team and look forward to welcoming a committed person. What you will do. • As a scientific collaborator at the Centre Digital Learning, you coordinate projects and initiatives and assume responsibility for their successful implementation. • You organize events and communicate in an adapted manner to the public, committed and with pleasure with different target groups. • You are motivated to explore new fields, develop innovative approaches and connect different areas of expertise. • You design learning environments where technology, design and didactics interact effectively, with the aim of creating user-centered and sustainable learning experiences. • You actively contribute to the design of complex university didactic projects with technological expertise, conceptual strength and agile working methods. • You collaborate proactively with different departments within l-UPZ as well as with external partners from universities, NGOs and companies, and promote sustainable cooperations. What you bring. • You possess a master's obtained in a pedagogical university or a comparable institution with continuing education in university didactics or pedagogy. • You have experience in the use of AI systems and skills in artificial intelligence literacy. • You have knowledge and experience in the fields of design, interaction design, process design or ideation. • You have a taste for creation and wish to contribute actively to the future of education. • Thanks to your wide range of didactic methods and your experience in project coordination, you move easily in complex organizational structures. Ideally, you have already used these skills in the university environment or are motivated to familiarize yourself quickly. • You think about complex educational processes in a creative and structured manner and are open to innovation and transformation in the university field.
